About

Over 1700 Arkansas Bankruptcy Petitions Filed.

The Conner Law Firm presently consists of one attorney, myself, Jeff Conner.  I’ve been practicing law in Northwest Arkansas since 1998.  When I originally opened my practice, I had a general practice of law, handling cases in most areas of consumer law.   When the economy started to slow in 2004-2005, I began to dedicate myself to debtor bankruptcy practice.  I have filed more than 1700 debtor bankruptcy petitions, and counting.  It is my belief that the most important task that I have in debtor representation, besides professionally putting together your case and representing you in court, is to help you through the emotional turmoil that we all experience in times of stress.  I can assist you in stopping wage garnishments, law suits, judgements, credit card debt collection and generally any other financial pickle you may find yourself in.

I graduated from the University Of Arkansas School Of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas on May 9 1998 and immediately passed the bar.  I was granted my license to practice law on September 8, 1998 and have had the great joy of representing people ever since.   Bankruptcy has always been a personal passion of mine and it is THE tool for repairing broken finances.

Personally, I am a member of the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Western District Bankruptcy Bar Advisory Committee and a past President Of NWA Debtor Creditor Bar Association.  I have been happily married for more than 25 years and have three adult children, all in Northwest Arkansas.

Who better to handle your bankruptcy case than experienced bankruptcy attorney?   At our office, I will handle your claim from beginning to end.  Your case will not be handled by a secretary or paralegal and you will know me when we go to court.  Before you retain other counsel, you may want to schedule an interview at my office before you make your decision.
