Jeff Conner wins case of first impression.

Several years ago I represented a retired school teacher who was criminally charged for shooting her two neighbors that were engaged in tearing out her garden.  The teacher was convicted at a bench trial and received a prison sentence of 20 years.  On appeal, I had the case overturned on a point of law that was at that time an issue of first impression.  The trial court was overturned and the retired teacher received a new trial.  You can read about the case at the following link:
